Aim: To confirm the biological effects of manganese ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (MFMNPs) and an external field on glioblastoma cells. Methods: U-87MG cells were prepared, into which uptake MFMNPs was high. The then exposed to using a neodymium magnet in vitro vivo. Results: LRP6 TCF7 mRNA levels involved Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway elevated by influence field. also accelerated tumor growth approximately 7 days decreased survival rates animal experiments. Conclusion: When are applied for long time cells, expression related is increased promoted.
